About Imunit
Imunit is a combination insecticide containing Alpha-Cypermethrin 75 g/L + Teflubenzuron 75 g/L SC. It combines the rapid contact and stomach activity of Alpha-Cypermethrin with the insect growth-regulating action of Teflubenzuron. Alpha-Cypermethrin acts on the nervous system of susceptible insects by interfering with voltage-gated sodium channels, resulting in rapid knockdown and loss of normal nerve function. Teflubenzuron belongs to the benzoylurea group of insect growth regulators and interferes with chitin formation, affecting the development and moulting of immature insects. The combination is particularly suited to the management of caterpillars and other lepidopteran pests in registered crops. The SC formulation provides a uniform suspension when diluted with water and is intended for foliar application.
