Ajanta Super contains Profenofos 40% + Cypermethrin 4% EC, a combination insecticide that brings together the activity of an organophosphate and a pyrethroid. Profenofos provides contact and stomach action and works by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme essential for normal insect nerve function. Cypermethrin acts primarily on voltage-gated sodium channels in insect nerve cells, providing rapid contact and stomach activity. The combination is used for managing a range of chewing and sucking pests, particularly caterpillars and bollworms in registered crops. The EC formulation is diluted with water and applied as a foliar spray to provide uniform coverage of crop foliage. How to Use
Shake the product container well before use.
Measure the required quantity according to the crop and target pest.
Add the product to a small quantity of clean water and mix thoroughly.
Fill the spray tank partially with clean water.
Add the prepared mixture while stirring continuously.
Add the remaining water and mix properly.
Apply uniformly over the crop using suitable spraying equipment.
Ensure adequate coverage of foliage and pest-infested areas.
Follow the registered label directions for application timing and dosage.
