This policy explains how you can cancel an order, when products can be returned or replaced, and how refunds are made for purchases on the Krishi Plus website and app, operated by KRISHI PLUS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U46209MP2026PTC085148), having its registered office at H. NO 546 WARD NO. 20, RAJENDAR NAGAR BASODA, Ganjbasoda, Basoda, Vidisha - 464221, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• To cancel an order, contact us with your order number before it is shipped. It will be cancelled free of charge. • Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If something is wrong with the order when it arrives, you can request a return or replacement as described below. • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or the order appears fraudulent. We will inform you, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Because seeds, fertilisers and crop protection products are regulated agricultural inputs whose quality cannot be verified once the pack is opened, we accept returns only in these cases: • the product was damaged, leaking or tampered with when delivered; • you received the wrong product or the wrong quantity, or an item was missing; • the product was past its expiry date on delivery; • the product has a manufacturing defect. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@krishiplus.in with your order number and clear photos of the product, label and packaging. Keep the product unused and in its original packaging until the request is resolved. After verification we will arrange, with the seller who fulfilled your order, a replacement or a refund, as you prefer. Returns are not accepted for opened or used products in good condition, or for a change of mind. Complaints about seed germination or product performance are investigated with the manufacturer and handled in accordance with applicable law.
• Refunds are issued for cancelled prepaid orders, orders we cancel, and approved returns. • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days of the cancellation or of return approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit. • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide, within 5–7 business days of receiving your account details. • There is no charge for cancelling an order before shipment or for returning a product that qualifies under this policy. • If you have not received a refund within the time above, please contact us with your order number.
If you have a complaint about an order, a product, a refund or the handling of your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at contact@krishiplus.in with the subject "Grievance" and your order number (if any). We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
